- Manage and maintain office filing systems, including both physical and digital files - Oversee and coordinate team activities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity - Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees - Operate and manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as necessary - Assist with training and development of new office staff members - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for office staff - Maintain a professional and courteous phone etiquette at all times - Able to withstand a fast paced work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks -Must be QuickBooks Certified Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
